Principal's Message

Dear Olympic View Community,

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! I hope this letter finds you rested and rejuvenated after a wonderful summer break. As we embark on this year's journey, I am filled with enthusiasm and optimism for the learning experiences ahead. Our staff is ready to serve all scholars at high levels this year!

This year, our theme is "I Believe I Can," as we focus on supporting each and every scholar's sense of efficacy, that they know they matter and can make a significant impact in this world. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to nurturing a love of learning and ensuring that each scholar leaves our space ready to engage with the world with a high sense of self-agency. Whether through reading new books, exploring new scientific ideas, engaging in critical thinking, or fostering creativity, we are dedicated to making each day a rich learning experience.

For those new to our community, we want to remind you of our mission: We believe and will ensure all scholars are learning at their highest level every day. Our mission is to support academic growth and nurture well-rounded individuals who are curious, empathetic, and resilient. We believe that learning extends beyond the classroom walls and into everyday life, empowering students to discover the world around them and the potential within themselves.

Our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment is unwavering. We strive to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and appropriately challenged. We recognize that we cannot do this work alone, and we will be actively working on ways to bridge the gap between home and school. We encourage you to be active participants in your children's learning journey.
