Our school goals aligned with the district strategic plan:

Pride Points
- 82% of scholars feel that they have positive, supportive relationships at school.
- 85% decrease in the number of referrals compared to 2019.
Area of Focus
- Olympic View is focusing on refining our PBIS systems and school-wide academic and social-emotional supports. We are also focused on student voice and engagement through scholar advisory groups and improving practices address disproportionality in discipline data focusing on anti-racist and culturally responsive practices.
Goal 4- Content-Area Competence: Mastery of All Subjects
Pride Points
- Highest percentage of scholars meeting reading standards are in third grade, which is a district-wide benchmark.
- Increase of scholars who identify as Black or African American reading at grade-level, above school-wide average.
Area of Focus
- High quality core instruction in every class, every day. Formative assessment and targeted feedback to drive scholar success. Focus on increasing student voice in the classroom.
